Through nervous system regulation, nutrition, and emotional healing tools, we go beyond symptom management and into the root causes of what's really going on in your body. I've been exactly where you are. And I want you to know that no matter how long anxiety has been part of your life, healing is possible. Not just coping. Not just getting by. Actually feeling like yourself again.

I take a holistic, nervous system first approach to anxiety. That means looking at the full picture: gut health, blood sugar, hormonal and neurotransmitter imbalances, and the nervous system patterns keeping you stuck in survival mode.

My approach is bottoms up. We start by calming the body through nervous system regulation and nutrition, because your mind can't heal what your body is still reacting to. Once your nervous system feels safe enough to come out of survival mode, we layer in the cognitive work to change the thought patterns that have been keeping you stuck. We're not just managing symptoms. We're resolving what's causing them.
